Every instrument is checked when it comes into us, and most importantly we encourage all of our customers to sit and try out any guitar for as long as they like! We feel this is a very important part of buying an instrument, also any guitar can be setup to your specifications on request-the first full setup on a guitar bought from us is free, allowing you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
